Actually I think I should have said:
Főleg javasolok hogy a gombádot kiadod amikor megint kelled használni.
Oh. My friend has just told me that this sentence is completely wrong.

Just a few adjustments:
*javasoloM, instead of javasoloK – you have to use the definite form here, since you’re recommending something specific.
*gombádAt, instead of gombádOt, because of the vowel harmony
*add ki, instead of kiadod – in the case of the imperative the prefix gets separated from the verb
*kell használnod, instead of kelled használni – you decline the main verb, not the auxiliary verb.
So the sentence would be: Azt javasolom főleg, hogy a gombádat add ki, amikor megint kell használnod.
